Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your Pakistan mobile number, choose a username and set a strong password. A one-time verification code will be sent to your mobile number — enter it to confirm your identity and your account is active immediately. The whole process takes under two minutes and there are no registration fees. You will need to be 18 or older to create an account on VClub.

No — each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will result in both accounts being suspended and any balances or bonuses forfeited. If you have lost access to your original account, use the password recovery option on the Login page rather than creating a new one. This way you keep all your VIP points, transaction history and active bonuses intact.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings. You can update your display name there directly. Changing your registered mobile number requires identity verification — you will need to confirm both your old and new numbers via OTP. If you run into any issues, contact support via live chat in your dashboard and the team will assist you. Keep in mind that your registered mobile number is tied to your PKR wallet withdrawals, so make sure the new number is one you have full access to.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. An OTP reset code will be sent via SMS within a couple of minutes. Enter the code, set a new password and you are back in immediately. Do not attempt to create a new account — your original account holds your balance, VIP tier and bonus history. If the SMS does not arrive, make sure you are entering the number in the correct Pakistan format starting with 03.

Account locks are triggered automatically when several failed login attempts are detected or when a login comes from an unrecognised device or location. This is a security measure to protect your PKR balance. To unlock, follow the OTP verification process on the login page — enter your mobile number and confirm the code sent to it. In most cases the lock lifts immediately. If not, reach out to 24/7 support via live chat in your dashboard.
Deposits & Withdrawals

VClub supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets — all in PKR. There is no currency conversion and no international transfer fees. Most players use JazzCash or Easypaisa for speed since mobile wallet deposits reflect in your VClub balance within seconds. Bank transfers and card payments may take a few minutes longer depending on your bank's processing time.

The minimum deposit on VClub is PKR 200. This applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits. Bank Transfer and card minimums may be slightly higher depending on your bank's own limits. There is no maximum limit on deposits — your VClub wallet can hold as much as you choose to deposit. All amounts are displayed in PKR at all times, so there are no confusing currency conversions to deal with.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed same day for JazzCash and Easypaisa in most cases. Bank Transfer withdrawals typically settle within one to two business days depending on your bank. To ensure fast withdrawals, make sure your account is fully verified and that your withdrawal wallet or bank account matches the name on your VClub account. Unverified accounts may experience additional review time before the first withdrawal is released.

First, check that the transaction was confirmed on your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank app and that the correct VClub deposit reference was used. Most deposits reflect within 30 seconds to two minutes. If it has been more than ten minutes and the balance has not updated, contact support via live chat in your account dashboard with your transaction receipt or screenshot — the team can locate and manually credit confirmed transactions quickly.

VClub does not charge any platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your PKR goes in and comes out at the same value. Note that your own bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their standard transaction charges on their end — for example, JazzCash and Easypaisa sometimes charge a small service fee for outgoing transfers depending on your account type with them. Check your mobile wallet app for their current fee schedule.
Cricket Betting & PSL

VClub covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches, ODIs and major bilateral series involving Pakistan. Available markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs in an over, method of dismissal, player of the match, toss winner and more. If a PSL or any cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined, all pre-match bets on the match winner market are voided and your stake is returned in full to your PKR wallet. In-play bets placed before the abandonment are settled based on the state of play at the point of abandonment, according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing. Partial results markets — like runs in an over — are settled based on completed play only.

Yes. In addition to cricket and PSL, VClub offers betting markets on international football fixtures including major leagues and tournaments, as well as popular Esports titles. The Betting page shows the full list of sports and events currently available. Cricket — particularly PSL and T20 — remains the most active section during Pakistan's domestic cricket calendar, but football and Esports markets run year-round.

VClub displays odds in decimal format by default — for example, odds of 2.50 on a PKR 1,000 bet would return PKR 2,500 in total (PKR 1,500 profit plus your original PKR 1,000 stake). You can switch between decimal and fractional display in your account settings. In-play odds update in real time and may change significantly between the moment you tap on a market and the moment you confirm your bet — always review the final odds on the bet confirmation screen before proceeding.
Fish Games & Game Lobby

Fish games are shooting-style games where you use cannons to catch fish — different fish carry different PKR multiplier values, and boss fish carry the highest multipliers. You select your cannon power level, which determines how much each shot costs from your PKR balance and how much damage it deals. Catching a fish pays out its value multiplied by your cannon level. The Game Lobby includes slots with various themes and payline structures, classic table games including roulette, blackjack and baccarat, and live dealer tables where you play against a real human dealer via video stream. All games in the lobby use your PKR balance directly — no token conversion required. New titles are added regularly and featured games are highlighted on the lobby homepage after login.

All games in the VClub Game Lobby and Fish Games section use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. This means every spin, every fish catch and every card dealt is statistically independent of the previous result — no game has memory of past outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot and table game is shown on the game's information screen before you start playing.
Bingo

VClub bingo runs scheduled room sessions throughout the day. You buy tickets in PKR before a room opens, and when the session starts numbers are drawn automatically. Your cards are marked automatically — you do not have to click anything during the draw. First to complete the required pattern wins the room prize. Your bingo cards continue to be played automatically by the system even if you disconnect. Because cards are marked automatically, a lost connection does not disadvantage you — if your card wins while you are offline, the prize is credited to your PKR wallet and you will see it when you reconnect. You can also review the results of any session you missed from your account's bingo history section.
VIP Programme & Bonuses

VClub's VIP programme has multiple tiers. You earn loyalty points automatically every time you wager on betting markets, fish games, slots or bingo — the more you play, the more points you accumulate and the faster you move up tiers. Higher tiers unlock higher weekly cashback percentages on net losses, exclusive bonus offers, faster withdrawal processing and access to a dedicated VIP support channel. Cashback is calculated weekly on your net losses — that is, total wagers placed minus total winnings received during the calendar week. Your VIP tier determines the cashback percentage applied to that net loss figure. The PKR cashback amount is credited to your wallet every Monday for the previous week. There is no wagering requirement on cashback — you can withdraw it immediately or use it to play. Your cashback tracker is visible in real time from your account dashboard after login.

Wagering requirements vary by promotion. Each bonus offer displayed on the Promotions page and in your account dashboard clearly states its wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry date before you claim it. VIP cashback and daily login rewards carry no wagering requirement. Welcome bonuses and reload deposit bonuses typically have a wagering requirement which is shown transparently on the offer card — always read the terms before claiming.
App & Download

Visit the Download page on VClub and tap the Android download button to get the APK file. Before installing, go to your Android phone's Settings, then Security or Privacy, and enable "Install from unknown sources" or "Allow from this source" for your browser. Once enabled, open the downloaded APK file and follow the on-screen prompts to install. The app is free and takes under a minute to install on most Pakistan mid-range Android devices.

The dedicated VClub app is available for Android. iPhone and iPad users can access the full VClub platform through the Safari or Chrome browser on iOS — the mobile website is fully responsive and works smoothly on all iPhone models. To get the quickest access on iOS, open VClub in Safari and use the "Add to Home Screen" option, which creates a shortcut that opens like an app. All features including betting, fish games, bingo and your PKR wallet work fully through the iOS browser.

Yes. The VClub app and website work on Jazz, Zong, Telenor and Ufone mobile data connections. The interface is optimised for lower data usage so it loads quickly even on a standard 4G connection. Live in-play betting and fish games use a bit more data than static pages — if you are on a limited data plan, connecting to Wi-Fi for longer game sessions is recommended.
