VClub Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and VClub ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the VClub website accessible at vclub.vu and any associated applications or services offered under the VClub brand.

By registering an account on VClub, depositing funds, or using any part of the platform — including the game lobby, fish games, bingo, sports betting section, or the VIP programme — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use VClub.

These Terms should be read alongside VClub's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. References to "VClub" throughout these Terms cover all sections of the platform — cricket betting, PSL and T20 markets, football, esports, the game lobby, fish games, bingo, the VIP programme and all promotional offers.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on VClub, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. VClub is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access to anyone under the legal age of 18.
• You must be physically located in a region where use of online gaming and betting platforms is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must register using your own real name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended VClub account. Each player is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — are prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Accounts must be used solely by the registered account holder.

VClub reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension until the verification process is completed.

03 Deposits and Payment Methods

VClub accepts deposits exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). All account balances, bets and payouts are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion involved and no foreign exchange fees applied to player transactions.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits on VClub:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly to your VClub balance
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits with fast confirmation times
• Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfers via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from your bank account to VClub's designated account
• Debit and Credit Cards — major card types accepted where available
• Mobile Wallets — additional mobile wallet providers as listed in the cashier section

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. VClub reserves the right to adjust deposit limits based on account verification status or VIP tier.

Deposits made to VClub are for entertainment purposes on the platform only. Funds deposited cannot be transferred to another player's account. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference before making a second deposit attempt.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. VClub may request that withdrawals be processed to a verified bank account or registered mobile wallet in the player's name.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier and vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• Players must complete any applicable identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of the associated balance can be processed.
• VIP Gold, Platinum and Diamond members benefit from priority withdrawal processing as stated in the VIP programme terms.

VClub does not charge internal fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These third-party charges are outside VClub's control and are the responsibility of the player.

05 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

VClub runs a range of promotional offers for Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, PSL season promotions, cashback events and free game credits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times using real-money bets before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for each game category are displayed in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• VClub reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be given reasonable notice of any changes affecting them.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The VClub betting section covers cricket — including the Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODI series and domestic tournaments — as well as football, esports and other sports as listed in the betting section at any given time. The following rules apply to all bets placed on VClub:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform.
• VClub reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error in odds setting. Players will be notified and their stake returned in such cases.
• Live in-play bets are subject to network latency. VClub does not accept responsibility for delays caused by a player's internet connection during live betting.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed per market and may vary based on the event, market type and the player's account tier.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or awarded due to exceptional circumstances, VClub will follow the standard industry settlement rules applicable to the specific sport and tournament.
• PSL fixtures suspended mid-game will be settled based on the officially declared result where one exists. If no official result is declared, affected markets will be voided and stakes returned.

07 Game Lobby and Fish Games

The VClub game lobby includes slots, table games, live dealer titles and fish shooting games. All games in the lobby use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information panel within the lobby.

• Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by prior results, account history or VIP tier.
• Fish games are available across multiple rooms with different PKR stake levels. Players select their room and stake before joining a session.
• VClub is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's device malfunctioning, losing internet connection or closing the game window mid-round. Interrupted rounds will be resolved automatically by the game server when the connection is restored.
• Game availability may vary. Some titles may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. VClub will endeavour to minimise downtime and will not be liable for brief periods of unavailability.

08 Bingo Rooms

VClub's bingo section runs multiple rooms with varying ticket prices, jackpot sizes and session schedules. The following conditions apply specifically to bingo play:

• Tickets for a bingo session must be purchased before the session begins. Tickets purchased for a specific session are non-refundable once that session has started.
• Jackpot amounts displayed are the maximum prize for the room and session. Actual prizes depend on the number of players and tickets in each session.
• In the event of a tie — where two or more players complete a winning pattern simultaneously — the prize is divided equally among the winning players.
• Technical issues that prevent a bingo session from completing normally will be addressed by VClub support on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of fairly resolving the situation for all participating players.

09 VIP Programme

The VClub VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through the tiers is based on tier points accumulated from real-money play across all sections of the platform.

• Tier points are earned at a rate that varies by game type and section. The current points earning table is displayed in the VIP section of your account.
• Daily cashback is calculated on net losses from the previous calendar day and credited to the player's account each morning. Cashback rates increase with each tier — from 1% at Bronze up to 8% at Diamond.
• Tier points and cashback credits are awarded to real-money play only. Bets placed using bonus funds do not contribute to tier point accumulation.
• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Players who do not meet the minimum activity threshold for their current tier during the review period may be moved to a lower tier.
• VClub reserves the right to amend cashback rates, tier point thresholds and VIP benefits with reasonable advance notice to affected players.
• VIP points have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn as cash. They serve only as a measure for tier progression.

10 Responsible Gaming

VClub takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment and VClub actively encourages all players to manage their activity within comfortable personal limits. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Activate time alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During exclusion, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any marketing communications from VClub.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net position for the session.

VClub does not endorse gaming as a means of earning money or recovering financial losses. 11 Account Suspension and Termination

VClub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate or unverifiable registration information
• Operating multiple accounts on the same platform
• Attempting to exploit bonuses, promotions or VIP mechanics in a manner contrary to these Terms
• Engaging in collusive play, match-fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider
• Using the platform from a restricted region in a manner that breaches local law
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate conduct toward VClub staff or other players

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely and returned — minus any funds identified as deriving from breaches of these Terms — once the investigation is concluded. If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any remaining balance associated with the breach may be forfeited.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any confirmed real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method following standard verification procedures.

12 Platform Changes and Availability

VClub reserves the right to modify, add or remove any feature, game, market, promotion or section of the platform at any time. Where changes materially affect existing player balances or ongoing promotions, VClub will provide reasonable advance notice. Minor changes — such as adding new games to the lobby, updating PSL market coverage or adjusting minimum bet amounts — may be implemented without prior notice.

VClub aims to maintain platform availability around the clock but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where feasible. VClub will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during maintenance or in the event of technical issues outside its reasonable control.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VClub's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the net real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

VClub is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from platform use
• Loss of winnings caused by player error, including placing incorrect bets or failing to meet bonus wagering requirements
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers processing deposits or withdrawals
• Technical failures on a player's device, browser or internet connection

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Privacy and Data

VClub collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at vclub.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to VClub processing your data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including your name, contact details, payment information and gameplay history — is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and deliver a personalised platform experience. VClub does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

15 Amendments to These Terms

VClub may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or through a platform notification on next login. Continued use of VClub following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible from the footer of every page on the VClub platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into effect. If you do not agree with any update to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through support.
